Mildred Hutchins the Daughter of Elizabeth Jones, and Hubert Chandler was born June 25th 1951 in Boston Massachusetts. Mildred also known as “sister” or “Millie” was an amazing, caring, loving, compassionate, warm and giving person. She always had an illuminating smile, that lit up a room whenever walked in the room. Mildred had an amazing work ethic, that far surpassed anyone around her. However that never prevented her from lending a helping hand to those who needed her.

Mildred was a great mother to her children, and she was always there for them physically as well as emotionally. Mildred was always a quiet sort of woman. However when it came down to the matters of the heart and family, her silence spoke volumes.
